1. Scope of Services
- We provide web design services, including the creation of websites with 1 to 10 pages, logo design, basic SEO, and website maintenance.
2. Editing Policy
- Upon completion of your website design, you are entitled to two (5 to 10) rounds of edits.
- Edits include adjustments to text, images, and layout. Major design changes or additional requests beyond the two rounds will incur additional charges of ₹[Specify Amount] per edit.
3. Content Submission
- You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) for your website.
- Any delays in submitting content may extend the project timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website is launched.
If you decide not to go forward with the website project after we’ve started, we will refund the remaining balance you paid within 7 days. However, we will deduct any costs incurred for services like domain registration and related expenses.
This means the amount you receive back will be less than what you originally paid, as it will only include what’s left after covering those costs. We aim to be fair and transparent about this process. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, and we’ll be happy to explain further.
5. Project Timeline

6. Cancellation and Refund

8. Client Responsibilities

9. Third-Party Services
- We may utilize third-party services (such as hosting and domain registration). We are not responsible for any issues related to these external services.
10. Limitation of Liability
- KhulkarjiyoDesign is not liable for any losses, including but not limited to downtime or data loss, resulting from the use of your website.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
11. Governing Law
